China Factory To Ghana buys goods on your behalf from Pinduoduo, Taobao, JD.com and 1688, and books flights and hotels through Trip.com. We are a purchasing and freight-forwarding agent, not the seller of record for marketplace items you order through the app.
An order is confirmed once payment clears at checkout. Prices for shipping are estimates based on declared weight and volume until your consolidated shipment is weighed at our Guangzhou warehouse, at which point the final freight cost is confirmed before dispatch.
Items are received, inspected and consolidated at our Guangzhou warehouse before being sent by sea or air freight. Transit times (4–6 weeks sea, 7–10 days air) are estimates and can vary with customs processing at Tema port.
We handle customs clearance paperwork on your behalf. Applicable duties are included in the shipping quote you approve before your order is dispatched from Guangzhou.
We cannot ship items that are illegal, hazardous, counterfeit, or restricted under Ghanaian import law. Orders containing restricted items will be refused or held pending your instructions, at your cost.
We insure consolidated shipments against loss or damage in transit up to the declared value of your order. Claims must be filed within 14 days of a shipment's expected arrival date.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
